Jim is a native of Granville County, NC and graduated from Campbell

University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

           He continued his education at NC State and Duke University. 

           Jim has worked as an audit partner for the firm since 1992,

concentrating primarily on governmental accounting and auditing. 

           He is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPAS

           Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee and a member of

the North Carolina Government Finance Officers Association.

James P Winston II

 Gary is a native of Granville County, NC and graduated from North Carolina

           State University in 1982 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting, Business 

Management, and Economics.  Gary is the managing partner for the firm. 

           He also was the founding partner of the firm in 1985.  Gary's areas of practice are

primarily taxation and small business consulting.

Carleen is a native of Granville County, NC and graduated from North Carolina State  

University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.

           She has worked in public accounting since graduation and has been heavily involved in 

governmental accounting and auditing.  She also has an extensive background in

tax return preparation.
