Jim is a native of Granville County, NC and graduated from Campbell University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He continued his education at NC State and Duke University. Jim has worked as an audit partner for the firm since 1992, concentrating primarily on governmental accounting and auditing. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPAS Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee and a member of the North Carolina Government Finance Officers Association. James P Winston II

Gary L Williams
Leonard is a native of Granville County, NC and graduated from Barton College. He worked for the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) and the North Carolina Department of State Auditors. He also worked as the Director of Internal Audit for Carolina Power and Light. The balance of his career has been as a partner in public accounting. Carleen is a native of Granville County, NC and graduated from North Carolina State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. She has worked in public accounting since graduation and has been heavily involved in governmental accounting and auditing. She also has an extensive background in tax return preparation.
